Summary:
Jeffries, a professional photographer must stay in a wheelchair because his leg is in a plaster. Alone, he's bored and to spend time he looks at his neighbours from the window of his flat.One day, he suspects a man has killed his wife. He speaks about his premonitions to Lisa, the woman who wants to marry him and Stella, his nurse and a detective friend. Nobody believes him. Furthermore, Lisa and Stella reproach him for his behaviour and his curiosity. He decides to show them he's right and find proof. The two women help him and finally the killer trys to push Jeffries out the window. He's arrested and Jeffries has another leg in a plaster...
My opinion:
This film is interesting but I don't like it very much because it's "too quiet". It isn't a lot of actions... Of course it's Hitchcock's style! On the other hand the plot is structured of a very good way.
